What the website collects
The only information this site collects is what you type into the "Book an audit" form: your name, email, company, a short description of your service, where an AI assistant can connect to it, and — optionally — what people ask agents to do with it. When you submit the form, those details are emailed to us through an email delivery service (Resend) so that we can reply. Like any website, ours runs behind a hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), so standard request information such as your IP address passes through its logs — we don't use that to track or profile you. We don't sell, rent, or share your information.
Cookies and analytics
This marketing site sets no cookies and embeds no advertising pixels or cross-site trackers. To understand aggregate traffic — things like page views, which sites refer visitors, and visitor countries — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool. It is cookieless, uses no fingerprinting, collects no personal information, and never tracks you across other websites. Because it sets no cookies, this site shows no cookie-consent banner. We don't build a profile of you when you read these pages.
The free scan
If you run our free Agent Readiness Scan, you can enter an email address to receive the PDF report, and we use that address only to send you the report you asked for. The static checks run on our side; the live pass loads the tool surface you point us at into a real AI model (currently Anthropic's), and the scan runs on our scan host (Railway). We don't store your tool definitions or scan results, and we don't publish them or use them to train anything.
If we run an audit for you
A paid audit needs access to test your service — usually a test account, or read-only or sandbox credentials. We use that access and any data only to run your engagement, we honor your rate limits, and we sign a mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive. Running an audit means sending your tool schemas and the test prompts we write to third-party AI models — currently Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google — so we can see how real agents behave; we send the schemas and prompts needed to test, not your source code or configuration. We test from the outside: we never read or modify your source code or configuration, and testing happens through your API, the same way an AI agent would. Most test tasks only read data; if a task would write or change anything, we agree on that scope with you first.
How long we keep it
We keep audit-booking emails for as long as we need them to follow up and for our own records, and engagement data for the life of the engagement plus what the contract and NDA require. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time.
Your choices and contact
Email hello@tracingviolet.dev to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll respond promptly.
